Honestly, I have loved living here. Every apartment complex is going to have things break and need to be fixed. From Delicia and Essence and Victoria at the front office, to Shawn and Richard on the maintenance team, I can say they are the sweetest people who do their absolute best to keep things running well. My water heater broke last night and unfortunately started leaking (as they do) and the maintenance team just finished installing a brand new one. They are kind and patient with me and I appreciate the team here. It makes living in an apartment (when you’re used to living in a single family home) much more doable! Thank you so much to the wonderful team here. I appreciate y’all and hope you all get the vacations you deserve this year!

Vince fixed the things on the work order within a day. Thank you.

We just moved into our apartment at Coopers Ridge and Essense was our go to gal! She was the best! Professional, kind, extremely help, and it was a true pleasure working with her. She took care of all our needs and questions. I had a lot but she was very patient with me and made me comfortable. So far we are very happy with our new home and hope to be for quite awile!

The maintenance man, Vince was very nice and very helpful. He explained what was wrong with everything and did so in a way I would understand the issue in my point of view. I appreciate the help and thank you for fixing the issue!!

Essence has been a great help to me and my moving process! Very nice and she answers all my questions quickly.

The delivery people went above and beyond the scope of work. I wrote a note stating my groceries were in large bags in the old fridge. I work til 5pm and unsure when they would be there. So I requested that they just place the bags on the floor and I will go from there when I get home. They put the bags back I to the new fridge. I almost cried. I was worried all day about my food being out. They are wonderful. Please let them know, and if I could have their names please. Thank you

No issues with apartments themselves, but maintenance ignores trash around neighborhood, gates have been down for over a year, Pool has been down almost all summer, and trash still gets piled up in front of trash compactor, and the fitness center door not being available 24/7 because repairs aren't being kept up with. The apartments are great but all these amenities that we pay almost 1500$ for definitely isn't worth it.
