I wanted to reach out and share a review of my experience working with Delicia Ford She has been excellent throughout this entire process. Moving from out of state can be stressful, but she handled everything quickly and seamlessly to ensure I could move in on schedule. I truly appreciate all her help in making this transition so smooth.

We are thrilled with our new apartment! The leasing process was excellent, but what truly made the difference was Delicia’s service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helped us with every detail to ensure a smooth move-in. Delicia was amazing assisting us with the rental process. She guided us every step of the way to ensure we were home a quickly as possible.

Mike is one of the maintenance personnel who does an excellent job at Coopers Ridge Apartments. I really appreciate having him here. My maintenance request does not take long to get completed. He completes the job in one day unless it requires more time. He has completed a lot of maintenance requests for me. He is trusted to go in my apartment when I am not there to complete any work that needs to be done. I am praying that he and his wife stay here. He is excellent addition to the Coopers Ridge maintenance team. High remarks.

Very friendly, very understanding, ms. Delicia was awesome help getting me into my apartment, she had no problem working with me even when I changed my move in date…. I’m so excited about being a resident at coopers ridge!!!
