Amazing place and good pricing to live at. I’m sad that I am moving out soon since I got my own place with my GF, but Delicia is such an amazing worker at coopers ridge. She helped my mother find me a place here when I first moved out on my own and made it so easy to help me prepare to move out in the next coming months. She is one of the best workers in any business I have come across and is genuinely so kind. If you need a place to stay and want some help I would recommend asking Delicia, or any of the workers for that matter, for help.

Very friendly, very understanding, ms. Delicia was awesome help getting me into my apartment, she had no problem working with me even when I changed my move in date…. I’m so excited about being a resident at coopers ridge!!! Previously everything was great! Unfortunately the 3-strike eviction thing is a big issue for me & it’s resulted to me having to move now! Overall though the community is good! I didn’t have any issues with my apartment & maintenance wasn’t needed.

Kenny, the maintenance man, did an excellent job, and it was done very quickly and efficiently.

Loved living here, the pool was great, loved the maintenance staff, but had to move due to job!

Ms. Delicia was amazing throughout the entire move-in process. She made sure everything went smoothly and was always helpful and professional. We are extremely pleased with her service and truly appreciate everything she did to make the experience stress-free.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for Delicia!!!! I had an amazing experience finding my new home with Coopers Ridge. I toured several apartment communities, but the customer service felt as if I was a friend or family member instead of a total stranger. Delicia listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, found me the perfect unit floor plan, and never pressured me. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, and follow-through made all the difference. I cannot wait to move in! I appreciate the welcoming experience all thanks to Delicia and Victoria for making this usually stressful process seamless.
