I really do like coopers ridge! I moved here about 2 months ago, give or take I can't think. Delicia has been my go to women from the start. She is so easy to get along with, and I appreciate and respect her understanding, caring, and professional nature. Never had a problem with mantinece. Depending on if it's an emergency they might take a minute to get to you. That's common sense though. Maybe they could hire more to their team but for now, it is what it is. Be patient, they're coming. I had an issue in my house recently and they were so quick taking action and fixing the problem! No matter where you live there's going to be things here or there that goes wrong, but unless you're looking for a place with golden roads and no issues whatsoever, I pray you become a millionair soon and find that place. Until then, I recommend living here. I feel safe living here with my children. And the other residents I've met here are so friendly! 10/10

So far I'm loving this community. Quiet and peaceful. Ms. Ford didn't take long with getting everything taken care of, and I recommend anyone who's looking for a place to live, it should be here. Also, make sure you have Ms. Ford. Because it'll get done

Fairly easy moving process! It was an amazing experience living at Cooper’s Ridge! I definitely recommend living here! It’s in a perfect place to be close by the city but not too close and crowded! Even the amenities are awesome! The only downside I can say is the pool needs proper cleaning and maintenance regularly rather than once in a while. Other than that, it was perfect!

Honestly, I have loved living here. Every apartment complex is going to have things break and need to be fixed. From Delicia and Essence and Victoria at the front office, to Shawn and Richard on the maintenance team, I can say they are the sweetest people who do their absolute best to keep things running well. My water heater broke last night and unfortunately started leaking (as they do) and the maintenance team just finished installing a brand new one. They are kind and patient with me and I appreciate the team here. It makes living in an apartment (when you’re used to living in a single family home) much more doable! Thank you so much to the wonderful team here. I appreciate y’all and hope you all get the vacations you deserve this year!
