Excellent service than you

I’ve had anreally good interaction with the management at Coopers Ridge, especially Delicia Ford. She’s definitely someone with a personality that stands out and made the place feel more welcoming. Delicia was so willing to help and actually took the time to listen instead of brushing our questions off. You can tell she has a lot of experience in what she does, but still very personable and easy to talk to. That kind of balance made big difference in our decision making and left a really positive impression

Don’t expect much flexibility when it comes to rent here. I paid my rent less than an hour after the grace period ended (12:59 AM) and was still charged a nearly $200 late fee. Just be aware that even being slightly past the deadline can result in a large fee. Update: Situation solved!

Victoria is the best at her job. She has been very patient and understanding with me and always gets things done in a timely manner. The apartments are nice and the staff is friendly. I've always felt welcome here.

Kenny came to my apartment to change the blinds in my living room and did an outstanding job. The blinds look great ❤️
